As President of the New York chapter of COMTO, Mr. Watson is tasked with a broad array of responsibilities. He provides strong leadership to the board of directors to ensure fiscal sustainability and oversees the implementation of the chapter’s strategic plan.
Richard has held several managerial positions within the MTA and served in various executive roles with the Transport Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO. His track record includes successfully negotiating agreements for both management and labor, respectively.
